Sivasagar Tank

Sivasagar Tank, also known as Borpukhuri, is a significant historic site located in the town of Sivasagar, Assam. This large man-made tank was excavated in 1733 A.D. by Queen Ambika, also known as Modambika, who was the wife of Swargadeo Siva Singha, an Ahom king.
