Bakhar Bengena Tree, at Jobolating village at a distance of about 27kms from Sivasagar town, is yet another interesting spot. The tree which translates to "Divine Jasmine", is scientifically proven to be 580 years old. What's even more fascinating is the fruit of Bakhar Bengena. Unlike any other fruit, this mystical tree grows brinjal fruits that look like they have a crown, similar to a pomegranate.
